Brighton Electrofest 2009 with DM tribute Speak & Spell

Its retro-electro-a-go-go!!!

Depeche Mode tribute band Speak And Spell return to Brighton after their acclaimed shows last year to headline the first Brighton Electrofest at Komedia on Saturday April 4th. Joining them will be recently reformed '80s minimalist maestros Oppenheimer Analysis alongside Brightons finest purveyors of electro-pop melodrama this mono galaxy while Digitalis sprinkle on the goth-tinged synthpop dust. Heading up the aftershow party from 11pm and maintaining momentum between bands is DJ Plastikmann, a pivotal figure in Germany's most groundbreaking electronic events, most notably Neon-Welt, and host of the Frequent Waves radio show.

With further guests to be announced this promises to be the electronic event of the year!
