This band created covers of both of them....
Vitraux is an Argentinean band and the Spanish version of Useless is very good.

The Cure is my favorite band among 80's. Next in line is The Buggles who sang "Video Killed The Radio Star". My The Cure much listened were Cut Here and od course, Friday I'm in love.

I actually learned both bands from my parents... I don't think I can say who is better cause both bands have there own flare, so, yeah... I like them... I have somebody and Melt with You on my phone and my friends are like, how old can you get? and I'm like, I like it, its quality music that I'll probably sing to my kids...  lol!
