A panel in the webmag playmusicmagazine have chosen what they think are
DMīs best songs. Enjoy the Silence is not there.. Anyone who agrees with me
it should be on their list? Cool mag, by the way. They have a special on DM.

By me, ETS isn't the best song, because some songs are (by me) better.
For example : Halo, Photographic, Personal Jesus...
Atmosphere and sound of ETS is very good, but some people don't like it, but some love it. I like it, but I love other songs. |

Hm... best songs are really hard to decide since you tend to hear some of them too often and get tired of them. I have tried to discount that factor from this list:
1. Enjoy The Silence
2. Never Let Me Down Again
3. Shake the Disease
4. Halo
5. Stripped
6. Personal Jesus
7. Policy of truth
8. Walking in my shoes
9. Clean
10. World in my eyes
Other favourites: See You, Leave in Silence, Waiting for the night, The things you said, It doesn't matter 2, Question of time, In your room, Sister of night, It's no good, Freelove, Precious, A Pain that I am used to and Oh Lilian |

check out the Apoptygma Berzerk live cover of Enjoy the Silence, fascinating take on a great song.
i'm sure someone should have done a mash-up of Enjoy the Silence and Precious by now? Anybody heard one? If not, maybe I should do one

Oh, and did anyone notice that, for the 1987-1990 period (which the called "drug honeymoon"  ) they used a 1997 - Ultra picture?
And they chose some unlikely songs for the Top 10....

| I think it's got to be Top 10. One thing I like about it is that there are so many different kinds of remixes, each of which sounds great! A lot of the songs I can't listen to some of the remixes more than a few times, but ETS always gets it done! |
