Dave needs to get his own satisfaction, but I don't think this means he wants to leave
It's clear that Martin made a cover album (like the previous one) because he wanted his own songs to be only "depeche songs"
This means they still want to go on together somehow..I hope
However, it's quite sure they're going through a bad period...  ...hope things will be better soon for them

I'm optimistic I reckon 2 more then age may take it's toll, I mean in four years time Dave will be pushing 50!!! and any idea's of Alan's return for the last well I can't see it, I'd love but let's be realistic he'll be mid 50's anyway...
Although having said that Bernard Sumner (New Order) is 50 isn't he???

I don't think "Playing the Angel" will be their last album... as someone else before said, at least Dave and Martin seem to enjoy a lot playing and singing live...
I don't even wanna think about the possibility of never getting more of their music... I would be extremely sad  |

I strongly believe that we will have 1 more DM album, followed by one massive tour and after that they will call it quits as a group.
probably a break from this tour for 2007, new cd in 2008, tour 2008/2009 and bye bye after that
after that I expect a few solo works. |

I don't think this is the last tour, neither I bet this is not the last album...
Dave and Mart started to write and compile the tracks together. There'll be a new album in 2007's fall, or the spring of 2008 - I can bet on it!!!

I think they wouldn't do another tour tike "Touring the angel". They probably follow the "Ultra parties" example.
But I hope they wouldn't call it "The singles 98-07 tour".  |
