I have no Idea to solve the problem.
I also checked the download with 4 Different Browsers (IE, Firefox, Opera, Konqueror) and it worked great.
Have you clicked on the green icon or have you chosen "Save as" ?

Too bad that it doesn't work.
Maybe you should upgrade to a Premium Account...

I have troubles connecting on emule and it keeps coming up with an error message how can i solve these problems and how can i download using emule!
