I would say mine is black celebration and music for the masses but mostly music for the masses era DM because of the 101 concert and the album is such an epic one for a band written off as a boy band pop act _________________ Ladies and Gentlemen! | SOFAD to me. Finally in 93 the other people around me found DM as a cool band.... And all the songs made much sense in my life at that time. |

| I have been a DM fan for a very long time and I can honestly say my favorite era is right now. PTA is an awesome album supported by an awesome tour. There are more CD's and DVD's coming out now than any other time I can remember. It is a happy time to be a DM fan. |

Well, my favourite DM time was during 1988 when I became a true devotee.
Also the the TTA time with 3 concerts was a great time for me. _________________ All this running around, well it's getting me down,

The current era because I didn't discover Depeche Mode until PTA. I knew who that it was a band but when I heard A Pain...for the first time it was like a slap in the face for not getting my act together earlier. _________________ Now This Is Fun

Sofad to me. I regret for their private life, but music, and voices, were quite perfect.
Anyway, I do appreciate a lot Black Celebration era as well... |

My favourite Depeche Mode era in my personal life is the current one, or particularly the Playing The Angel era.
Musically, I have to go for Songs of Faith and Devotion. Not only is the album great, but the b-sides (though there are only two I guess), remixes and live performances are brilliant too. _________________ I'll drink to that |

I think the four track 'I feel you' single speaks for itself.
ESPECIALLY since depeche had little or no influence on the mixes. _________________ to see. I'm not looking |

Kind of tough question... Every era got something in it, something else I'm interested in... But I must say it might be Violator and PTA together. It's not that I am influenced by the fact that PTA is still kind of fresh. I didn't listen to the album since the day before their live show I went to see and only yesterday I played it again. It is still as good as I thought before...
Oh, hallo, I'm new _________________ Gahan/DM forum |
