Following in the footsteps of Fletch (who had the restaurant "Gascognes" a while back), Dave is making use of the current band break and opening up his own restaurant. Called "the bitter apple", the restaurant will be a combination of fine dining, as well as live music.

Sure, and some works too :
- to create a fake info page with pix of the so said restaurant,
- to create a fake myspace page on "the bitter apple" (people did registered to it !!!  )
- keep the update of the "event" in the newsletter !!!
